Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Get Styli mobile application ("App") or website ("Service") operated by Ravbyte Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ravbyte Technologies Private Limited.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

You may register using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In powered by Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

You may not create more than one account per person. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include: modifying or copying the App's materials; using the App for any commercial purpose; decompiling or reverse engineering the App; removing copyright or proprietary notices; transferring the App to another person; or attempting to extract the underlying source code.

When you upload photos, clothing images, or other content ("User Content"), you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant us a limited license to process and use your content solely to provide the Service
• Represent that you have the rights to upload such content
• Agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights

Prohibited Content: You must not upload photos of other individuals without their consent, minors, explicit or adult content, or images that infringe intellectual property rights.

If you share Get Styli results publicly or participate in the Get Styli Creators program, you remain responsible for what you post on Instagram or other platforms. We may suggest hashtags, captions, or tagging @getstyli_app, but posting is always voluntary and must follow the rules of the platform you use.

• Rewards, credits, badges, rankings, and features are not guaranteed and may require moderation approval.
• You must not submit fake, duplicated, misleading, botted, purchased, or engagement-farmed posts.
• If you grant permission to feature a look, you give us a non-exclusive right to display that approved content in Get Styli marketing, website, app, and social channels with creator attribution.
• We may reject, remove, or withhold rewards for content that violates these Terms, our moderation standards, or platform policies.
• Referral rewards may be limited, reviewed, delayed, or denied where attribution or authenticity cannot be verified.

The virtual try-on results generated by our AI are for visualization and entertainment purposes only. Results are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a garment will look in reality due to variations in fabric, fit, lighting, and body shape. We do not guarantee that any generated image will match the actual appearance of clothing. AI-generated results should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

The App operates on a subscription and credit-based system. Credits are required to generate AI try-on results and may be included with paid monthly plans. By purchasing a subscription or using credits, you agree that:

• Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable by us except where required by law or applicable Apple App Store or Google Play policy
• We do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds for unused credits or remaining subscription time
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
• Unused credits may expire or reset as stated at the time of purchase or in the plan terms
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• All applicable taxes will be charged based on your location

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the Service
• Scrape Instagram or use unofficial automation to validate, post, like, comment, follow, or inflate creator activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent any technological protection measures
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ravbyte Technologies Private Limited and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written permission. AI-generated try-on images are owned by Ravbyte Technologies Private Limited, and we grant you a personal, non-commercial license to save and share your own generated results.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAVBYTE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, by sending an email notification or in-app alert. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
