Welcome to Get Styli, operated by Ravbyte Technologies Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.

Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the application.

Information you provide directly:

• Account information (name, email address) via Google or Apple Sign-In
• Photos you upload for virtual try-on generation
• Clothing images you upload or select
• Feedback, ratings, and support communications

Information collected automatically:

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (features used, time spent, interactions)
• Crash reports and performance data
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level only)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Get Styli service
• Process and generate AI virtual try-on results
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Improve, personalize, and expand our application
• Understand and analyze how you use the app
• Communicate with you about updates, promotions, and support
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We take your photo privacy extremely seriously. When you upload photos for virtual try-on:

• Photos are transmitted securely over encrypted connections (TLS)
• Images are processed solely to generate your try-on result
• We do not use your photos to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Generated results are associated only with your account
• You can delete your photos and results at any time from your account settings
• We do not sell, share, or license your personal photos to third parties

Get Styli uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase/Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud Run, and related Google Cloud infrastructure. Our current Cloud Firestore database location is nam5, a Google Cloud multi-region location in North America. Uploaded photos, generated try-on images, creator exports, and account-linked media are stored in Firebase/Google Cloud Storage buckets configured for Get Styli.

We also use trusted AI, billing, analytics, email, monitoring, and support providers to operate the service. These providers process information under our instructions or their applicable platform terms.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our app (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

If you choose to connect an Instagram handle, submit a social post link, join creator rewards, or use a referral link, we may collect and process creator-related information needed to operate those features.

• Instagram handle, submitted post URLs, selected hashtags, post type, export format, and permission-to-feature choices
• Moderation status, reward eligibility, creator score, leaderboard rank, badges, and referral attribution events
• Engagement metrics you provide or that become available through approved platform integrations

We do not ask for your Instagram password, auto-post to your account, or use unofficial scraping to access private Instagram data. Public creator displays are limited to content that has been approved and, where required, explicitly permitted for featuring.

We use Firebase Authentication to power Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. When you authenticate through these providers, they may share limited profile information (name and email) with us per their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your data.

We retain personal information while your account is active, while needed to provide requested features, or while required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of our Terms.

You can request account deletion in the app under Profile > Security & Privacy. After confirmation, your account enters a 30-day grace period and active sessions are revoked. Signing in again within that grace period cancels the deletion request. If you do not sign in again, we permanently delete or de-identify account-linked profile data, chats, uploaded photos, generated images, saved looks, creator exports, reviews, creator metadata, and account-linked analytics where technically feasible.

Some records may be retained for limited periods where required or permitted by law, including security logs, fraud prevention, debugging, billing, tax, legal claims, law-enforcement preservation, and backup retention. GDPR/EEA erasure requests are handled without undue delay and generally within one month; California requests are generally handled within 45 days where applicable; Indian law may require reasonable erasure while preserving certain legally required logs.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, access controls and audit logging, regular security reviews and penetration testing, and Firebase Security Rules to protect your data. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

Get Styli is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@getstyli.com and we will promptly delete such information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your personal data
• Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
