Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable by us, except where required by law or applicable app store policy.

01Overview
Get Styli provides digital AI-powered virtual try-on results through paid subscriptions and included monthly credits. Because each try-on may use paid third-party AI APIs and cloud infrastructure immediately after you request generation, purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the applicable app store policy.
02No Partial Refunds or Unused Credit Refunds
Important
We do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, refunds for unused time, or refunds for remaining credits after a subscription purchase.
Credits are part of the subscription service and are made available for AI generation during the billing period. Once a subscription is purchased, the subscription fee is not refundable by Ravbyte Technologies Private Limited because the service depends on non-recoverable AI processing and infrastructure costs.
03Subscriptions Purchased Through App Stores
Android subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing. iOS subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Those stores process payments, cancellations, renewals, and any refund requests under their own policies.
- Google Play: Manage subscriptions and refund requests through your Google Play account or Google Play Help.
- Apple App Store: Manage subscriptions and refund requests through your Apple account or reportaproblem.apple.com.
If Apple or Google approves a refund under their policies, we may revoke the related subscription access and remove associated credits or entitlements from your Get Styli account.
04Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless the app store states otherwise, you may continue to access the subscription benefits until the end of the paid billing period.
05Free Trials and Promotional Credits
Free trials, signup credits, promotional credits, bonus credits, and other complimentary access have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for money.
06Technical Issues
If a technical issue prevents you from receiving a generated result after credits are consumed, contact us at hello@getstyli.com. When we can verify the issue, our remedy will usually be restoration of credits or service access. We do not provide cash refunds for failed or unsatisfactory AI generations unless required by law or the applicable app store policy.
07AI Result Disclaimer
AI try-on results are digital previews for visualization and styling assistance. We do not guarantee exact fit, size, fabric behavior, color accuracy, or real-world appearance. Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated preview, fashion recommendation, or shopping decision does not make a purchase refundable.
08Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The policies of Apple and Google may also change independently, and their decisions may control refund handling for purchases made through their stores.
